For me, it's a tie between Little David Wilkins (#48) and Joyce (#25)..
on Joyce's album cover, the best part about th whole thing is the 50 cent sticker!..
The sad fact is that I'm pretty sure I owned two of those albums:
Slim Goodbody and Ali and His Gang vs. Mr. Tooth Decay.
yhm: yeah, joyce is pretty good--that cover pretty much encompasses everything bad about the 70s i can think of.
